Tyler made the suggestion of going to NYC for his birthday for a nice family day.  It was the first time we had been able to go out as a family somewhere other than the local flea market or supermarket in a while.  We waited to make sure everyone was feeling well enough to go and we went to NYC on Sunday.  Unfortunately we missed the train we watned to take by a minute because the ticket machine was not working and the old ladies were taking too long on the other.  We caught the next train and we were finally on our way!

Dylan enjoyed looking out the window until he heard a dog on the train and wanted to roam around. 

He got tired and fell asleep on the way to the american museum of natural history

we were unable to see the whole museum with our time restraints of the Giants game and the dogs.  plus it was a 30 minute wait to buy tickets then lunch so it didn't leave us much time.  Next time we will have someone take the dogs out for us so we don't have to worry about time.  it was a nice day out with the family.  I've asked to go back once the tree is lit so we can do more sightseeing and finish off seeing the rest of the museum.  Happy Bitthday Tyler! Hope you had a great day and birthday! Love you!
