Adventure Aquarium

We decided to go to the Adventure Aquarium yesterday after Tyler's doctor appointment in Philly.  We were right there and figured why not.  We hadn't been there yet and it gave us a chance to see how Dylan would do with new encounters.  They redid the place and continue to upgrade the aquarium.

They had new exhibits from birds to hippos.

UH OH!

We went on to check out the jelly fish, sharks and the rest of the indoor exhibits.  Dylan's jaw dropped with some of the fish especially the sharks and large fish.  I would put him on the ledge to see the fish better and he kind of got scared of some, but he got used to them.

This is what Tyler was looking at in the window

Lots of Jelly Fish

His eyes were wide open and mouth open!

Looking at the Shark

Tropical fish

At the Stingray exhibit.  He smiled when some of them splashed.

We found NEMO!!

We then went outside to see the seals and penguins.  It was pretty hot out there so we didn't stay out too long.

We finished looking at all the exhibits and went to the gift shop to see if there was anything to get.  Tyler found the one thing that had nothing to do with the aquarium and showed it to Dylan.  It spun and lit up and of course Dylan loved it, but we didn't get it.

As we were leaving I took some of the scenic views of the Ben Franklin Bridge and the City of Philadelphia from the aquarium.

We had a great family outing.  Can't wait to do it again soon!
