Labor Day

Tyler talked with his father about driving or filling in with the Ragtimers to make a little extra $$.  Tyler's first gig was driving the band in the South Plainfield Labor Day parade.  I called up my cousin, Dana, to see if she wanted to join us since she lives in South Plainfield. She told me her and the family go every year.  She also invited us to her house afterwards for pizza and spanish tortilla (no not the chips but a potato, egg and onion dish).  Dana's parents came for lunch as well.  Here are some shots from the parade.

The rain held out long enough for the parade to finish.  Lunch was yummy and always good to hang with family.

  1. we lucked out with the weather for sure...and was nice to just relax at Dana's for awhile instead of rushing out with the traffic. Thanks Dana...
