The other unexpected part of our day was Dylan's behavior. His continued tantrums made our trip to the aquarium very difficult and he wanted nothing to do with anything but being held by mommy or following the little girl by the tutle tanks. As we walked around, people were turning their heads and saying how loud Dylan was and that he was a screamer. "Just Go!" was a phrase I was continually ushered by my loving husband to avert attention from peering eyes. Dylan enjoyed the monkeys and some fish, but that was about 10 minutes worth and marred by horror and embarassement.
We left early and were planning on going to Europa South for dinner (where Tyler also took me for my first birthday), but it was only 2:30 and had a lot of time to kill. We tried to subdue the ferer of his tantrums by exploring the boardwalk to no avail and eventually headed home to the chorus of reverberating soundwaves eminating from a carseat located in our backseat seeking to blow out our ear drums for attention.
he was so happy he got a prize he won with mommy shooting water in the hole
we rode the elephants and he loved it.
After mommy threw a 56mph fastball to win a yankee blow up hammer, we migrated back to our vehicle and headed home to have dinner at Tesseras.
We arrived home exhausted with headaches and memories will last us a lifetime. Happy 3rd Anniversary to us with a lifetime of many more!
