Stroller Ride

There were 2 beautiful days out I decided to take advantage of them with my little boy before I have to go back to work.  I took out the stroller and we went for a walk in the neighborhood. 

Less than 5 min into our walks Dylan was passed out!  Can't wait for it to be nice everyday so we can do this more often!

My Parent's Anniversary

My parents celebrated their 12th anniversary Feb. 13, 2011.  We had a nice dinner at my grandparents where everyone got their share of Dylan time.

51 years

Today was my grandparents' 51st Wedding Anniversary!  Yes I said 51st!  Last year we had a party for them on their golden anniversary.  This year was a little more low-key and simple.  We went to Ruby Tuesday for a late lunch.  What do you get a couple who have been married for so long and have everything they could ever ask for... We got them a digital picture frame! Here are just a couple pictures from lunch...

I just realized our 51st anniversary will be the year 2060 and I'll be 79 years old!

Dylan's on the move

With a little bit of help Dylan is learning to roll over! He did it for the first time this morning on his own while laying on his side. I went to get my camera and he didn't want to cooperate until I went to pick him up tonight.

Decided to try out his bumbo seat again and see how Dylan liked it.  He enjoyed himself and we put his piano in front of him to play.  He was a natural and even used his feet when he was drooling and gnawing on his fingers!

3 months old

We can't believe our little boy is 3 months old already!  Time sure is flying by too fast, but we are enjoying every second of it!!

Visit with the Nokes Family

Last month we went back to Jackson to visit with the Nokes Family.  They had been asking to meet Dylan.  Everyone was there and enjoyed meeting our little guy.  Joy took the opportunity to take pictures of Dylan and they came out pretty good.

It was nice to catch up with the Nokes Crew.

It turns out Dylan has been taking dancing lessons from MC Hammer and is perfecting the running man!

Grandma and Grandpa Estler came over to of course visit with Dylan one day recently. It was Tyler's turn to change Dylan's poopy diaper and Grandpa Estler went to help Daddy out. Grandpa kept Dylan occupied while Daddy changed the diaper. Grandpa appeared to have a lot of fun talking and playing with Dylan. It was a good diaper change because Dylan didn't pee on anyone!

While Tyler was in the hopsital, Dylan and I made this video for him! Lets just say Daddy "accidentally" poked himself in the eyes.

We stopped by my grandparents' house for a visit. I had just finished changing Dylan's diaper and Nana (great grandma) snuck in and started playing with him. Yes I speak some Portuguese in the video, but you get the jist of what's going on. Not sure who had more fun - Nana or Dylan!

Babbling

Dylan has started to babble and squeel a lot more lately. It's so funny and amazing to see him going through this stage! I know I'll regret saying this, but I can't wait to hear him actually say words and start really talking. I know once he starts talking he won't stop which is fine by me!
